The primary role of a governing council is to set the overall strategy and direction of the organization and to ensure that the organization is meeting its goals and objectives. This includes setting policies and procedures, making decisions on important matters, and monitoring the performance of the organization’s management team.

KONYE ROBEREKEZIE AIR VICE MARSHAL (RTD)
KONYE ROBEREKEZIE AIR VICE MARSHAL (RTD) is from the family of late Mr. Fredrick Ekezie, a world war Il Veteran, with a devote motzher Mrs Fidelia Ekezie. The family had ten children out of which four had gone to rest with the lord, may their gentile souls rest in peace.
A passionate and committed advocate of a safer Nigeria, seeking to contribute well thought out actions and idea to organizations with a vision to promote initiatives towards making Nigeria a more viable, peaceful ad safe place to live in. His main focus is to see how the Igbo nation and Nigeria in general can fully, wholly and faithfully return to God to total restoration, with complete deliverance from all wrong doings of the past,
He has over 34 years of experience, in position of increasing responsibility within Nigeria Air Force, encompassing the following area:

THAFFA RICHARDBUKAR ACG (RTD)
was born on the 12th of June 1 956, In uba town Borno state Nigeria. He is happily married with four kids. ACG Thaffa attended ST. Augustine College Bazza Adamawa state; School of basic studies Zaria, Institute of Administration A.B.U Zaria and university of Maiduguri where he obtained grade Il teacher’s certificate, I.J,M.B certificate and bachelor degree in Accounting.
AGC Thaffa equally attended, Immigration training school Kano, Immigration command staff college Sokoto, dministrative staff college Nigeria Institute of public relations, Salient royal stefem Nigeria, Protection of critical energy infrastructure course, Small arms training, Prisons and staff college Kaduna, Institute of industrialist and corporate Administration, Small arms and light weapon training in Nigeria intelligence Agency.
ACG (RTD) Thaffa is a member certified Accountants of Nigeria, a fellow association of National Accountant of Nigeria(ANAN).

- Supervises all treasury operations for and on behalf of the accountant general and co-signatory to the accounts of Borno State Government 1989 -1991

- Liaoning with the cash supply Ofce, Home finance and multilateral divisions of the federal ministry of finance in respect of all monies accruing to the Borno state Government. 1992 — 1993

PROF AZEEZ OLANIYAN
Is a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti in Nigeria, where he is also the assistant director of the Institute of Peace, Security, and Governance. He completed his PhD in political science at the University of Ibadan in Nigeria in 2007. He obtained postdoctoral research fellowships from the American Council for Learned Societies (ACLS) for the African Humanities Progamme (AHP) and the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa. In addition to teaching and supervising students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he has conducted significant research in areas related to conflict and security, ethnic politics, social movements, and environmental politics. Lately, he has concentrated his research efforts on conflicts associated with environmental issues. In particular, he has conducted extensive research in Nigeria and Ghana on the phenomenon of famer-herder violent conflicts.

SIR CHIKWE UDENSI
Businessman of international standing and repute, astute and intelligent, he is a member of the British Institute of Marketing; International Automobile Association; Association of Revenue Consultants etc. Sir Chikwendu Ukaobasi Udensi was born on the 7th of April, 1962 in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital although he is a native of Atani village, Arochukwu, Abia State. Akudo as he is fondly called, attended Urban Primary School, Abakaliki; Aggrey Memorial College, Arochukwu; The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu and the North Carolina University, United States of America from where he obtained an M.Sc in Business Administration and an M.A in Product Marketing.
Upon the completion of his education, he worked with Sungold Group Ltd as its Chief Executive Officer and thereafter established the following firms: Sheiks and Bishops Ltd; Consolidated Marketing Ltd; Continental Healthcare Ltd; Stockbridge and Stake Insurance Brokers Ltd; Summer Sun Ltd and Aspen Security Ltd.
In 2008, he was appointed the Secretary General of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), an umbrella body that oversees the activities of the 774 local government areas in Nigeria.
Sir Udensits ingenuity gave birth to the vehicle and motorcycle plate number presently in use in the Country. He is and for a long time the only Nigerian Registered Subject Matter Expert of International Police (Interpol). He has also made pioneering efforts in many sectors of the South Africa and Nigeria. He consults for the Nigeria Police and has brought his rich wealth of experience to bear in transforming the image of the force.
Amiable, goodhearted and compassionate, Akudo has touched many lives in many positive ways. A businessman of international standing and repute, astute and intelligent, He is a member of International Association of Computer Information Specialist (IACIS); High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA); ASIS International; Espionage Research Institute International (ERII). Sir Udensi is a Knight of St Christopher of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion. He relaxes by travelling, playing football, swimming and table tennis- Sir Udensi is married to Lady Chidinma and they are blessed with 5 children.
SIR DR. EMMANUEL BRASCA UDOCHUKWU IFEADI
Sir Dr. Emmanuel Brascaudolfeadi was born on 24th August. 1956 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Ogwashi-Uku to the family of the revered Late Very Reverend Alexander Okolielfeadi. the pioneer Provost of All Saints Cathedral, Cable Point, Asaba, Asaba Diocese and Late Ezinne (Mrs) Comfort Nkechukwukanmalfeadi of Ubulu – Okiti, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.
He attended numerous primary Schools at Ubulu — Uku in Delta State. Bukuru in Plateau State. Minna in Niger State and concluded same at St. Michaels’ Primary School. Owa- Alero in Delta State. During this era of his early life, he grew up under the strict disciplinary Christian tutelage of his wonderful guardians, father and mother – Late Rev.Cannon Wilfred Okeleke and Late Mrs. Martha Hanyeluchukwuumejei; vftere he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1958. He began his secondary education in Anglican Grammar School, Ubulu-Uku and later proceeded to Holy Trinity Grammar School.
Sabongida-ora vftere he obtained his West African School Certificate in 1975. Thereafter, he was admitted into St. Patrick’s College, Asaba where he obtained his Advanced level Certificate in 1977. He later proceeded to University of Lagos, Akoka. Lagos, where he bagged B.Sc Degree (Hons) in political Science in 1981. He served his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) between 1981 — 1982 at the Nigeria Army Education Corps, which was formerly at No. 47 Cooker Road, llupeju, Lagos; and later Ojo Barracks, Lagos. Afterward, he enlisted into the Nigeria Immigration Service as an Assistant Superintendent in 1982. As he progressed on his Job, it took him across a myriad Of units, Sections, Commands and Divisions of the Nigeria Immigration Service.
While discharging his duties as an officer. the existential zest for scholarship took him back to the University of Lagos where he bagged a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc) in Political Science in 1984. He later upgraded and acquired a Master of Philosophy Degree (W Phil) in International Relations from the University of Benin, Benin City in 2004. He did not Stop at that. as he enrolled for a Doctorate Degree programme at Ambrose Alli university Ekpoma v.’here he bagged a Doctor Of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D) in Strategic Studies in 2009. Not done with scholarship. he went back to the University of Benin again and enrolled for a second Doctorate Degree programme; and in 2013 he was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D) in International Relations.
Sir Dr. Emmanuel BrascaUdolfeadi has overtime distinguished himself as an exceedingly intelligent and articulate offcer. His Command and Control positions took him to the then Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters. Alagbon close, Ikoyi. Lagos: Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos; Seme Border Control Post; Apapa Wharf and Tincan Island Seaports, Lagos; Bcrno State Command, Maiduguri; Yobe State Command, Damaturu; Delta State Command; Niger State Command; Edo State Command; Idiroko Border Control Post; and Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters Abuja as Special Assistant (SA) to the Comptroller General Of Immigration Service (2005-2006). Upon promotion to the rank of Comptroller of Immigration Sewice (CIS), Sir Dr. Ifeadi was transferred to Rivers State Command as the State Comptroller. and subsequently, Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters, PRS Division as offcer in-charge; and Kano State Command as the State Comptroller.
His promotion to the rank of Assistant Comptroller General (ACC) resulted to his being brought back to the Service Headquarters to head the Budget Division, He served as the Deputy Comptroller General in Charge of the Finance and Accounts Directorate at the Service Headquarters, Abuja. up till 23rdMay, 2016 when he graciously proceeded on his three (3) months pre-reti rement leave.
cp (RTD) ERNEST ISIKHUEMEN IBHAZE
CP (RTD) Ernest Isikhuemen lbhaze was born in November 28th, 1947. He was listed in cadet Asp course at Psc Jos in 1976. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English language, and masters degree in Public Administratiom CP (RTD) Ernest, have skills in investigation intelligence, lead policing, report writing and police operations During his career in Nigeria Police Force, He had the privileged of working in nearly all the geopolitical zones for Nigeria. Over his service years, He equally worked in different sections of the Nigeria Police force;
